We want you to pay only for something that works for your files. InboxVue Pro comes with a 14-day refund on your first payment, for any reason, whether you chose Monthly ($6.99), Yearly ($29.99) or Lifetime ($99).

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@inboxvue.com from the address you used to buy, within 14 days of the payment date. Include the order number from your receipt if you have it. You don't have to explain why, though it helps us improve if you do. We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days.

If a file didn't open or an export looked wrong, tell us. We may be able to fix it quickly, but a fix never replaces your right to a refund within the 14 days.

Who issues the refund

InboxVue is sold through Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record. Polar issues the refund, including any VAT or sales tax you paid, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days. Polar sends a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

What happens to InboxVue Pro

When a payment is refunded in full, InboxVue Pro ends immediately, and if the payment belonged to a subscription, the subscription is cancelled so you won't be charged again. Exports you've already saved remain yours, but you won't be able to create new Pro exports. A partial refund, for example for a duplicate tax charge, doesn't change your access.

Subscription renewals

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on your account page; you keep InboxVue Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Polar emails a receipt for every renewal, so you'll always know when you've been charged.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases aren't normally refundable, but if something has gone wrong, such as a duplicate charge, two subscriptions by mistake, or a period you couldn't use because of a fault on our side, email us and we'll put it right.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to, and doesn't limit, any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal. See our terms of service for the full conditions of sale, and the pricing page for what Free and InboxVue Pro include. You can also reach us through the contact page.
